Art and Wanda
Peace Concert : Sept. 2nd - 11AM
Art was born of humble beginnings in New Orleans, Louisiana
to a French Cajun Mother, and country music musician
father from Southern Missouri. Art always loved music
and entertainment,
but never truly had a desire to sing or write music until
his salvation.
Wanda was born to a Christian family with Southern Gospel
Music backgrounds from Texas and Idaho. Her father pastored
and pioneered several churches in Central California. Wanda
was saved at an early age, and always loved music. She
was the pianist, organist, and vocalist in the churches
her dad and mom pastored, and other services she attended.
Art and Wanda were married, and immediately began a music
ministry, and since then Art and Wanda have written over
50 songs, recorded four projects, and appeared on television
world wide from Branson, Missouri, and sing with the top
names in Southern Gospel Music.
Since Art and Wanda Peace began their ministry, they have
appeared on the Trinity Broadcasting Network, Revival Fired
Ministries in Branson, Missouri, and the great Passion
Play in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. They preach revivals
and minister in music all across the nation.

Baptist Church Youth Group |
The
Oceanview Baptist youth group meets Wednesday and Saturday
at 6PM in the
gym. It is a God-centered time of fun-filled
exploration in the Word and team building
activities. We are concerned with the
many difficult issues facing our young
people today and are always looking for
ways to reach them in truth and love.
Our facility includes a full size basketball
court plus a pool table, Foosball and
air hockey in the "Upper Room".
Oceanview Baptist Church is sending youth
to camp at Lake Bradley August 5-10th.
Our youth are taught responsibility and
service. These youth are to be congratulated
for their work washing cars as fund-raisers
at Pizza Hut, and the church parking
lot. Parents have paid the differences
for those unable to earn the full amount,
or be a part of car washes due to scheduled
sport teams, or other activities. Thanks
to all!
